概述:

本客户协议是客户(指愿意加入和实际上已经加入RWMI INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED公司( 以下简称“RWMI公司”或“本公司”)成为RWMI公司客户的个人)与RWMI INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED(以下简称“RWMI公司”或本公司)之间的法律协议,因此请您在注册成为RWMI的客户之前,详细地阅读本用户协议的所有内容。

由于用户、市场状况、经营情况的变化,RWMI公司有权随时更改本用户协议及相关服务规则。修改本用户协议及相关规则时,RWMI公司的网将在相关页面公示修改的事项,而不另行对客户进行个别通知。用户应该在每次登录RWMI公司网站时查询RWMI网官方网站的相关通告,以了解本客户协议及其他服务规则的变化。

用户了解并同意:无论事实上是否认真阅读,只要用户完成注册成为RWMI公司的会员,就已接受了本用户协议、RWMI公司公布的各项服务规则以及RWMI公司对本协议及各项服务规则所做的任何修改,并愿意受其约束。如果发生纠纷,用户不得以未仔细阅读为由进行抗辩。

RWMI公司对本协议条款保留最终解释权,RWMI公司对于客户是否违反本协议及相关服务规则有最终判定权。

本协议、相关服务规则、RWMI公司不定时对本协议及相关服务规则所作的修改以及在SMI公司服务器系统内存储的数据信息是客户行为的判定标准。

一: 版权声明

二: 保密制度

RWMI公司认真保护您的网上隐私。对我们来说,保护您的个人隐私十分重要,RWMI公司在设计本网站时已尽力将保护您的个人隐私问题考虑在内。

RWMI公司保证:

1、RWMI公司不公开您在本网站内的个人资料。 本网站不会公开客户的个人资料或个人联系方法除非因法律程序的要求。客户在公司登记个人资料目的是为了保证客户取得利益时公司能够正常的支付(银行资料,继承人资料);与公司顺畅的联系(客户的邮箱);并在需要的时候,能够向公司证实客户的身份(身份证号码),等等。

2、RWMi公司不出售您的注册信息(姓名、电话、地址等等),除非您授权我们这么做。

3、本公司不出售或交换您的姓名、地址、电话、 email address、或任何其它注册信息,除非事先得到您的专门授权。 对这条规定有两个例外情况:RWMI公司会在有关法律的强制下公布您的个人信息,本公司会和本公司的合作伙伴或子公司(有保密责任约束的)共享部分的注册信息。

RWMI公司使用安全的技术、隐私保护的管理手段,和限制雇员接触隐私资料,以保护您的个人隐私。 只有被授权的工作人员才能接触到您的个人资料,并且为数很少。

三: 客户注册

1,RWMI公司采用半开放的注册系统。任何新户口的注册必须由一个已经注册的户口来推荐。推荐新户口注册的户口即为新户口的推荐人。注册了户口的人才能成为本公司的客户,享受本公司的产品及服务。

2,客户注册前,需向推荐人了解公司的全部制度和信息。注册后不得以不了解公司制度规则为借口,向RWMI公司要求退出或任何赔偿。(客户在注册前可以将了解到的信息向公司求证。需要了解的信息包括但不限于:用户名与户口号码制度、三层密码制度、系统维护费制度、游戏代币账户资金30天过期制度、奖金制度、层封顶及周封顶制度、公司各种付费服务的制度,等等)

注释:这里对部分制度进行简单解释:(请向推荐人了解这些制度的详情,公司不负责向非本 公 司客户详细解释。)

用户名与户口号码制度: 每个户口对应单独的户口号码(ID),多个不同号码可以使用同样的用户名(User Name).同样用户名的户口使用同样的个人资料,继承人资料,银行资料,密码。登录进入同样的个人虚拟办公室(Virtual Office)。所以同样用户名的户口在转让时也必须同时转给同一个人。不同户口号码的户口对应不同的IGC游戏代币(Tokens)数量,电子钱包金额等,(在NODE功能中,点选不同的ID图标,可以查看这些资料。)

三层密码制度:每个户口的密码都有3层,对应不同的功能。

系统维护费制度:每个户口需在每月1日前保证户口内有足够的金额支付户口维护费。在户口简介Summary功能中,有维护费金额和缴付时间的提示。没有按时准备维护费的户口会被暂时冻结(Suspended),连续3个月没有准备或补满维护费的户口,会被永久冻结。

IGC游戏代币(eToken)账户资金30天取消制度:公司规定游戏代币账户内的资金必须在30天内购买游戏代币,否则将被系统取消。被取消的代币,客户无权要求公司补回。

公司的各种付费服务及程序: 查询密码:客户忘记密码向公司查询时,必须从客户在户口内登记的邮箱将身份证副本发送至公司专门办理此业务的邮箱 info@rwmiclub.com .查询费为5美金,公司将从查询密码的户口扣除。

更改银行账号:当客户需要更改其银行账户资料时,必须从客户在户口内登记的邮箱将身份证副本以及新银行的资料发送至公司专门办理此业务的邮箱 info@rwmiclub.com .更改费为5美金,公司将从查询密码的户口扣除。

户口转名: 双方填写公司指定的表格,更改费用为20美金。发到公司的指定

3,本公司是网络公司,注册于英国处女岛。任何国籍客户在注册本公司户口前需了解客户本国的相关法律法规。必须在遵守客户本国法律的情况下选择加入本公司。如客户不遵守本国的法律法规,其行为和后果,本公司概不负责。

4,客户应当具有相应行为能力和责任能力,如使用者为未成年人或智障人士,应由其父母或监护人完成注册过程,并对未成年人使用的账号内发生的行为及事件负责。未成年人或智障人士如不经其父母或监护人独立在本公司注册户口,公司不承担任何责任。任何人也不得以此为借口向公司要求任何赔偿。

5,客户注册应提供完整、详尽、真实的个人资料(包括身份识别资料和其他个人资料),个人身份识别资料包括法定姓名和身份证号码。除个人身份识别资料和银行资料外的其他资料,客户应不断更新,以符合真实、准确、完整的要求。用户因注册信息不真实产生的后果由用户自行负责,RWMI公司不承担任何责任。

6,客户在本公司注册户口需要使用合法注册账户(Register Wallet),客户须注意的Register Wallet合法性。如果用非法的注册账户Register Wallet注册,已经公司发现,户口即会被公司查封。(每一个注册账户Register Wallet都有拥有 人,只有注册账户Register Wallet的所有人或得到该号码所有人授权的人才可以出售该号码。转让注册账户Register Wallet前,可以向出售者查询所有人资料,并将资料发给公司请求核对。)

7,客户申请注册成功后,该户口即永久存在无法取消。客户必须在注册前了解全部所需资料,不得在注册后以任何借口要求取消户口或要求退还购买注册号码的费用。

四:密码安全:

1,客户有义务妥善保管其户口及密码,不得随意将其户口、密码转让、出借,不得与他人共同使用一个户口,不得向任何人泄露自己户口的密码或注册时填写的信息。客户对其户口和密码安全负全部责任,并对以此组户口用户名及密码登入系统后所发生的一连串行为或活动负责。(如果客户授权他人管理自己的户口,客户本人仍然需要对户口内的一切行为负责。)

2, 如因客户自身过错(如:使用过于简单的密码,使用他人的计算机或让他人使用自己的计算机)或客户计算机感染病毒(包括但不限于木马、遭受黑客攻击等任何原因)等等,而导致其户口密码泄漏的,客户应自行承担责任。

3, 若客户发现户口或密码遭他人非法使用或有异常使用的情形,应立即通知RWMI公司,提交该户口为本人责任使用的有关证明,以便申请该户口的暂停使用,客户理解并同意,因此而产生的损失,RWMI公司不承担赔偿责任。同时RWMI公司不负有向客户披露数据信息的义务。

五:联系方式的安全

1,邮箱:RWMI公司与客户的主要联系方式由邮箱联系。客户必须保证登记在户口内的邮箱的安全性和可使用性。任何来自该户口内登记邮箱的信件以及造成的任何后果,客户都必须为其负责。(如客户忘记自己登记的邮箱和密码,或该邮箱过期无法使用,或客户使用邮箱方法错误。造成的一切后果由客户本人承担。)

2,电话:由于电话联系的安全性太低,电话联系只限于某些普通的业务。公司有权在需要的时候,要求客户用邮箱与公司进行联系。

3,由于各种邮箱的设置不同,有些种类的邮箱(如QQ)可能有时会拒绝接收RWMI公司系统发出的邮件。建议使用 hotmail、 yahoo、gmail、 163、 126 等。客户如没有及时收到公司的邮件需尽快与公司联系。(因客户选用邮箱不能接收公司信件而产生的一切后果,由客户本人承担。)

六:客户行为限制

1, 客户在使用RWMI公司的户口和服务过程中应保证遵守其所在国家的法律、法规,不得利用RWMI公司提供的户口和服务实施任何违法活动。

2, 客户不得对RWMI公司服务器实施任何的“黑客”行为,包括但不限于入侵服务器或尝试使服务器过度负荷;攻击、破解、修改、使用其他户口的密码;利用任何技术手段对RWMI公司的服务器进行任何形式的攻击、入侵等。

3, 客户不得制作、传播、使用任何形式的附加程序、辅助程序或任何其他第三方程序登录或接受RWMI公司所提供的服务;不得利用RWMI公司任何知识产权,来创造或提供相同或类似的服务,如仿真服务器等。

4, 客户不得利用程序中可能存在的技术缺陷或程序漏洞作弊、获利。

5,RWMI公司严禁用户利用RWMI公司所提供的服务实施与使用该服务无关的行为,包括但不限于妨害他人名誉或隐私权;使用自己、匿名、冒用他人名义散播诽谤、不实、威胁、不雅、猥亵、不法、攻击性或侵害他人权利的消息或文字;传播色情或其它违反社会公德的言论;传输或散布计算机病毒;从事不法交易、张贴虚假不实或引人犯罪的信息等等。

6, 客户应配合RWMI公司管理人员的工作,及时回答相应的询问信件,并澄清事实,否则RWMI公司有权随时终止为客户提供服务,客户不得就此向RWMI公司提出任何赔偿或补偿请求。

7, 客户应就其在接受RWMI公司所提供的服务过程中的行为或活动(包括并不限于用户自行执行或与其它客户互动过程中)产生的后果自负责任,RWMI公司就客户在使用其所提供的服务过程中的行为、活动或交易不负任何责任。

七:风险承担和责任免除

1, 客户应了解并同意,RWMI公司所提供的服务可能因公司本身、其它合作厂商或相关电信业者网络系统软硬件设备的故障、失灵、或因合作方及相关电信工作人员人为操作的疏失而全部或一部分中断、暂时无法使用、迟延或因他人侵入RWMI网络系统篡改或伪造变造资料等,造成服务的停止或中断者或用户档案缺失,客户不得要求RWMI提供任何的补偿或赔偿。

2, RWMI公司对于客户使用其服务或无法使用网络所导致的任何直接、间接、衍生的损害或所失利益不负任何损害赔偿责任。

八:链接

RWMI公司在公司网站www.rwmiclub.com的所有网页上所提供的所有链接,可能链接到其它个人、公司或组织的网站,提供该等网站的目的,是方便客户自行搜寻或取得信息,RWMI公司对于被链接的个人、公司或组织的网站所提供的产品、服务或信息,不担保其真实性、完整性、实时性或可信度、这些个人、公司或组织与RWMI公司间亦不存在任何雇用、委任、代理、合伙或其它类似的关系。(除非本公司声明该公司与本公司有合作关系。)

九:损害赔偿

客户若违反服务条款或相关法令,导致RWMI公司、或其关系企业、受雇人、受托人、代理人或/及其它相关履行辅助人因此而受到损害或支出费用(包括但不限于由法律诉讼、行政程序等所支出的诉讼费用、律师费用、实际遭受损失的费用等),客户应负担损害赔偿责任。

十:广告信息的免责

RWMI公司在提供服务过程中可能在有关网站位置上可能刊登商业广告、或其它公司的促销广告。这些内容系广告商或商品服务提供者所为,RWMI公司仅是刊登内容的媒介。客户通过RWMI公司网站或其所链接的网站所购买的服务或商品,其交易行为仅存于客户与该商品或服务的提供者之间,与RWMI公司无关。

十一:不可抗力

在任何情况下,RWMI公司对于因其合理控制之外的原因造成的延误或未运行不承担责任, 包括但不限于RWMI公司控制外的、未预见的情况或原因, 如天灾、战争、恐怖主义、暴动、禁运、行政或军事机关行为、火灾、水灾、事故、罢工、或运输工具、燃料、劳工、材料或电脑软件和硬件的短缺。

十二:适用法律

1. 本服务条款所定的任何条款的一部或全部无效者,不影响其它条款的效力。

2. 若客户和RWMI公司之间发生任何纠纷或争议,首先应友好协商解决,协商不成的,客户在此完全同意将纠纷或争议提交RWMI公司所在地英国处女岛地方法院管辖。

RWMI Client Registration Authorisation Agreement (Original)

General Description:

This Client Agreement is the legal agreement between the client (an individual who is willing to join and has joined RWMI INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED [hereinafter referred to as “RWMI” or “this Company”]) and RWMI INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “RWMI” or “this Company”). You are advised to peruse the contents of this Client Agreement before registering as RWMI’s client.

In the event of changes in user, market and operational circumstances, RWMI reserves the right to alter this Client Agreement and the relevant terms of service. Any alteration of this Client Agreement and the relevant terms of service will be announced on the relevant webpage on RWMI’s website, and will not be communicated to clients individually and separately. When logging onto RWMI’s website, users should access the relevant notifications on RWMI’s official website for updates on any alteration of this Client Agreement and other terms of service.

The user understands and agrees that: Regardless of whether you have perused this Client Agreement in detail, you are deemed to have accepted this Client Agreement, the terms of service announced by RWMI and any alteration made by RWMI of this Client Agreement and the terms of service, and agreed to be bound by them, once you have completed registration as RWMI’s member. In the event of any dispute, the user is not entitled to the defence of not having read the Agreement in detail.

RWMI reserves the final right on the interpretation of the terms of this Agreement. RWMI reserves the final right on the determination of whether a client has breached this Agreement and the terms of service.

This Agreement, the relevant terms of service, the alterations made by RWMI from time to time of this Agreement and the relevant terms of service, and the data information stored in the SMI server system, will constitute the basis for the determination of clients’ actions and behaviours.

RWMI is committed to safeguarding your online privacy. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and RWMI has taken into account the issue of personal privacy to the largest possible extent in the design of this Website.

RWMI undertakes that:

1. RWMI shall not disclose your personal information on this Website. This Website will not disclose the personal information and contact details of clients unless required by laws and regulations to do so. The purposes of requiring clients to register their personal details are to: ensure that the company would be able to make payments in a regular manner when the client has obtained benefits (bank details, benefactor details); maintain smooth relations with the company (client’s email address); and verify the identity of the client to the company when necessary (Identification No.), etc.

2. RWMI shall not sell your registered details (name, phone number, address, etc.) to others, unless authorised by you to do so.

3. This Company shall not sell or exchange your name, address, phone number, email address or any other registered details, unless with your prior and exclusive authorisation. There are two exceptional circumstances to this clause: RWMI will disclose your personal details if compelled by relevant laws to do so; and the Company will share some of the registered details with its business partners or subsidiary companies (obliged to keep it as secret).

RWMI ensures the protection of your personal privacy by employing safety technologies and privacy protection management measures, and by restricting employees’ access to private information. Only authorised staff, of which the number is small, are allowed to access your personal information.

[3] Client Registration

1. RWMI adopts a semi-open registration system. Any new registering member must be recommended through an existing client account, which will be the recommending party for the said new registering account. Only individuals who have registered their accounts with this Company will become the Company’s clients and be able to enjoy its products and services.

2. Before registering, the client is required to learn about the entire system and all the information about the company from the recommending party. After the registration, the member is not allowed to demand for withdrawal or claim compensation from RWMI on the ground that the member did not fully understand the systems and rules of the company (before registering, the client may verify his or her information with the Company. The necessary information to learn about includes but is not limited to the following: the username and account number system, the three-layer password system, system maintenance fees, the IGC eToken account funds 30-day expiry rule, the reward system, capping layer and weekly capping layer system , paid services of the Company, etc.)

NB: A brief explanation is provided here on some of the systems (please clarify with the recommending parties on the details of these systems; the Company has no obligation to explain them in detail to non-clients of the Company):

Username and Account Number System: Each account corresponds to a single Account ID. Different multiple numbers may use the same username. Accounts with the same username shall use the same personal details, benefactor details, bank details and password, and shall log onto the same personal virtual office. Therefore, accounts with the same username must also be transferred to the same person. Accounts with different account numbers correspond to different IGC eToken quantities, E-wallet amounts, etc. (you may access this information by selecting the different ID icons in the NODE function)

Three-layer password: The password of each account comprises three layers, each corresponding to a different function.

System Maintenance Fee: Each account must ensure that there is sufficient amount in the account by the 1st of every month for payment of the maintenance fee. Reminders on payment of maintenance fee and its payment deadline will appear in the account’s brief summary function. Accounts that do not supply sufficient maintenance fee in their account by the required deadline will be suspended. Accounts that do not supply or fill up funds for payment of maintenance fees for three months consecutively will be suspended permanently.

The IGC eToken Account Funds 30-day Expiry Rule: the Company stipulates that the funds in an eToken account must be spent on purchase of eTokens within 30 days, failing which the funds will be cancelled by the system. The client will not have the right to demand compensation from the Company for tokens that have been cancelled.

Paid services and protocols of the Company: Password Enquiry: In the event that the client forgets his or her password and makes enquiry of the Company for it, the client is required to send a copy of his or her identification card to the Company’s designated e-mail for such matters: info@rwmiclub.com, using the e-mail registered under the account. The enquiry fee is US$ 5, which will be deducted by the Company from the enquiring account.

Changing Bank Details: Clients wishing to change his or her bank details are required to send a copy of his or her identification card and the new bank details to the Company’s designated e-mail for such matters: info@rwmiclub.com, using the e-mail registered under the account. The fee for details change is US$ 5, which will be deducted by the Company from the requesting account.

Transfer of Account: both parties shall complete the Company’s designated forms, with US$ 20 as the processing fee, which are to be sent to the designated e-mail of the Company: info@rwmiclub.com.

3. This Company is an online company registered in the British Virgin Islands. Registering clients of any nationalities are required to learn about the relevant laws and regulations of the client’s own country before registering with this Company. Clients must only join this Company if it will not violate the client’s country’s laws and regulations. This Company shall not be liable for the conduct or consequences of any client not complying with his or her country’s laws and regulations.

4. Clients must possess the requisite capacity for civil conduct and legal liability, such as that the registration of minors or mentally disabled persons must be completed by their parents or guardians, who shall also be liable for any acts and incidents arising from the minors’ accounts. The Company shall not be liable for minors or mentally disabled persons who register accounts with this Company independently without the agency of their parents or guardian. No party is entitled to claim compensation from the Company on the said ground.

5. Client registrations must provide personal information that is complete, detailed and true (including identifying information and other personal information). Personal identifying information includes the legal name and identification card number. All details, except for personal identifying information and bank details, should be updated by clients regularly in order to ensure its authenticity, accuracy and completeness. The user shall bear all liabilities for any consequences arising from the falsity of his or her registered information, for which RWMI shall not be liable.

6. Clients are required to use a Register Wallet when registering their accounts with this Company, and must be mindful of the legality of the Register Wallet. In the event that the Company discovers that the Register Wallet used is illegal, the account will be sealed and shut down by the Company (the Register Wallet of every registered account has an owner; only the owner of the Register Wallet of a registered account or the person authorised by the said owner is permitted to sell the number. Before transferring the Register Wallet, the party may enquire the seller about the details of the owner, and send the information to the Company for verification).

7. After successfully registering an account, the client’s account shall exist permanently and will not be cancelled. Clients must learn about all the necessary information before registration, and will not be allowed to demand for cancellation of account or return of fees paid for purchase of registration numbers on any grounds after the registration.

[4] Password Security

1. The client has the obligation to keep his or her account and password secure, and must not transfer or lease out the account or password at will, share an account with others, and disclose his or her account password or any details provided during registration to anyone. The client shall have the full responsibility towards the security of his or her account and password, and be responsible for any act or behaviour taking place after the system has been logged in with this set of account and password. (In the event that the client has authorised others to manage his or her own account, the client is still responsible for all acts conducted within the account.)

2. In the event of a leak of account password due to the client’s own carelessness (such as using a password that is overly simple, using the computers of others or allowing others to use one’s own computers) or due to viruses on the client’s computer (including but not limited to Trojan Horse, hacking, etc.), the client will be solely responsible for such consequences.

3. In the event the client discovers that his or her account or password has been used illegally or unusually, the client shall inform RWMI immediately and submit the relevant proof of responsible use of the account to apply for temporary suspension of the account. The client understands and agrees that RWMI shall not be liable for compensation for any loss or damages resulting from such events, and has no obligation to disclose data information to the client.

[5] Security of Communication

1. E-mail: The primary mode of contact between RWMI and its clients is via e-mails. The client must ensure the security and usability of the e-mail of the account. The client shall be liable for any mails originating from the e-mail registered with the account and any consequences resulting therefrom. (e.g. forgetting the e-mail and password of one’s account, the expiry of the account, or the client’s incorrect usage of the e-mail. The client is solely liable for any consequences arising therefrom.)

2. Telephone: Due to its lack of security, the use of telephone communication shall be restricted to certain regular operations only. If necessary, the Company has the right to require the client to communicate with the Company through e-mail.

3. Due to the varying settings of different e-mails, certain types of e-mails (such as QQ) may reject e-mails sent from RWMI’s system. It is therefore advisable that e-mails such as hotmail, yahoo, gmail, 163, 126, etc be used instead. The client should contact the Company as soon as possible should he or she not receive an e-mail from the Company in time. (Any consequences arising from a rejection of the Company’s mails due to the choice of e-mail used by the client shall be the sole responsibility of the client.)

[6] Rules on Client Behaviour

1. In the course of using the account and services of RWMI, the client shall ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the country in which he or she is present, and shall not conduct any illegal activity via the account and services provided by RWMI.

2. The client shall not carry out any ‘hacking’ activity against RWMI’s server, including but not limited to infiltrating the server or attempting to overload the server; attacking, decrypting, modifying or using the passwords of other accounts; attacking or infiltrating RWMI’s server in any manner by any technological means.

3. The client shall not log into or accept services provided by RWMI through making, disseminating or using additional programs, auxiliary programs or any other third-party programs of any form. The client shall not use any intellectual property of RWMI to create or provide identical or similar services, such as simulated servers.

4. The client shall not take advantage of and obtain benefit from any possible technical deficiency or flaw of the program.

5. The Company strictly prohibits clients from: using services provided by RWMI to carry out acts unrelated to the use of such services, including but not limited to damaging the reputation or privacy of others; spreading information or words that are defamatory, false, menacing, distasteful, obscene, unlawful, violent or damaging to others through the use of one’s own name, anonymously or through the use of others’ names without consent; disseminating pornography or views that are against public morality; transmitting or spreading computer viruses; or engaging in illegal transactions or posting false or crime-inciting messages.

6. The client should co-operate fully with RWMI’s personnel by promptly responding to enquiry mails and clarifying the facts of the matter, failing which RWMI reserves the right to terminate its services to the client at any time. In this event, the client may not claim for compensation or damages from RWMI.

7. The client shall be solely responsible for consequences arising from any conduct or activity carried out by him or her in the course of the services provided by RWMI (including but not limited to interactions carried out by the client himself/herself or with other clients). RWMI shall not be liable for any conduct, activity or transaction carried out by the client in the course of its services.

[7] Risks and Disclaimers

1. The client understands and agrees, that the services provided by RWMI may be suspended or disrupted or its user files may be lost due to: malfunctions or errors of the software or hardware in the systems of the Company, other partner companies or relevant telecommunication providers; total or partial disruption, temporary suspension or delay in usage caused by negligence in operations by personnel of partners and relevant telecommunication providers; or alteration or falsification of information resulting from third-party infiltration into RWMI’s network system. In this event, the client may not claim any compensation or damages from RWMI.

2. RWMI shall not be liable for compensation or damages in respect of any direct, indirect or consequential damage or loss arising from the client’s use of its services or inability to use the network.

All hyperlinks provided RWMI on all web pages of the company website www.rwmiclub.com may link to the websites of other individuals, companies or organisations. Such website links are provided for the convenience of clients in searching and obtaining information. RWMI does not guarantee the authenticity, completeness, up-to-dateness or credibility of the products, services or information provided on the websites of the individuals, companies or organisations so linked. Such individuals, companies or organisations do not have any employment, appointment, agency, partnership or other similar forms of relationships with RWMI. (Unless otherwise stated by this Company)

[9] Compensation and Damages

In the event that the client violates the terms of services or relevant laws, thereby causing RWMI or its affiliated companies, employees, trustees, agents and/or other relevant support personnel to suffer damages or disburse expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses and attorney fees arising from lawsuits or administrative processes, and actual losses suffered), the client shall be liable for such damages and compensation.

[10] Advertising Disclaimers

In the course of the provision of its services, RWMI’s website may display commercial advertisements or promotional advertisements of other companies. The contents of such advertisements are produced by advertising companies or product or service providers, for which RWMI is only the medium. The transaction for any services or products purchased by the client through the website linked from RWMI’s company website shall remain strictly between the client and the relevant product or service provider, to which RWMI shall bear no connection whatsoever.

[11] Force Majeure

RWMI shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any delay or failure of performance resulting from causes beyond the reasonable scope of control of the Company, including but not limited to circumstances or causes beyond the control of or unforeseeable by RWMI, such as natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, civil unrest, embargoes, governmental or military actions, flood, fire, incidents, strike or shortage of transportation, fuel, labour, material or computer software and hardware.

[12] Applicable Laws

1. The invalidity of the whole or part of any clause within these terms of service shall be without prejudice to the validity of the remaining clauses.

2. Any dispute or disagreement between the client and RWMI shall first be negotiated and resolved amicably. In the event of a failure of negotiation, the client hereby agrees that the dispute or disagreement shall be submitted to the jurisprudence of the courts of the British Virgin Islands, in which RWMI is situated.
